-when people don't show up for their appointments after they have been rescheduled 2 billion times. (Unless its a Friday afternoon.)

-my sleep habits/addictions
-rubberbands, especially the skinny ones
-french manicured toe nails

-uptight people

-boys II men
-hair dye

i must say i am with you on most all of those irritations..except for maybe the dentist appointments..can't quite relate there...
